Yesterday, I replied one topic about sub-health.
Nowadays, many people are in sub-healthy state.
We spend hours online, chatting, listening or just clicking.
We have so many electronic gadgets, such as MP3/4/5, laptop or PDA.
Some of us can not work or study without PC.
However, due to those we read fewer books, we sleep and exercise less.
Then we gradually find ourselves confronted with the threat of sub-health.
So we should try to get out of this condition.
As we known, there are abbreviations IQ and EQ.
Besides, there appears another one,SQ,which stands for Sleep Quotient.
In my opinion, IQ is inborn while we can improve our EQ in our life.
IQ determines the intelligence we have.
EQ reflects our abilities to deal with different affairs.
Then SQ can illustrate how to deal with stress.
Some people would have sleeping problems when they are under pressure.
Then there will be a vicious cycle. You may have a bad performance in your work or study.
You may have a bad temper or human relationship. And so on ……
Consequently, we ought to have a healthy lifestyle.
You can set a slower pace and be more grateful to your life.
You should control the time online or using electronic products.
You can spend more time with your friends and families.
And try to get in touch with the Nature. You can do some outside sports or travel.
You can go to bed earlier and be a earlier bird.

I believe you can feel more energetic and happy if you follow these advice above.
And we are going to be fit and experience a sharp increase in happiness.
