A small car accident

Today i drive the car to company ,i feel not worried about to drive a car ,even i just
got the driving licence less than two months . i seldom drive car to to office ,
i always go to company by bus ,these days ifeel very tired ,and i always
wait for the bus for more than 20 minutes ,so these days i drive the car to office ,nothing
happened ,and i feel it was very comfortable to drive a car ,not to wait for the bus .
and it was more convenient .
it was not far from my living place to the office ,when i finished my work at 18:20 i left office
and drive the car go home ...
when i cross crossroad and dirve the car on my way , beside me there is a car hit me,
he want to overtook me and then he cutin ...i feel the car was shaked ,then i get off
the car ,then he also get off his car ,he saw we are two are not wrong ...but i was
drive straight ,he change the way and hit me .... so i told him this is his fault,he siad
we can call Ping An Insurance,for more than 1 hour ,the worker come the scene and take
photoes then he said it was his fault , you have no fault .
then he ask me how to deal with ,my car was hit with some paint droped,his car was nothing
this is a small accident ...the worker said ,then he give me a paper and let me sign it i can
take this paper and to repair my car for free.
this was happend just now ,and i now i dive home ... i was think about why he hit me ,
because he was so worried about go home and change the way not observe the traffic rules .
i was a new one , i dirve not fasts and observe the traffic rules ...because i also worried
about my lfe.
so many guy drive the car so fast and always like to catch some one which in front of him
it was so dangerous for you and the others ,we must observe the decencies and be a responsible person.

- Traffic accidents happen everyday at any time, more of those cases due to the lack conception of traffic rules and unawareness of precious life. Though it makes sense that everyone wants to go home in a hurry after a day's work, there is no thing can be compared to be safe on the way home.
The last, you were doing good, and I hope that everyone can obey traffic rules then we will see less accidents happen.

- Upon I got my driving license, I was so happy and drive my father's car. The first time I drove the car without driving coach sitting beside, I made a car accident that I hit an old man, but luckily, he's my father's acquaintance and wasn't hurted. After that, I didn't dare to drive the car alone any more.

- A fresh hand is always more cautious than a old hand.Sometimes,when driving,if someone in front obey the traffic rules very much,we can estimate that he/she should be a novice. It may sounds a little ironic,but it's the reality.People are always careless about what they are skilled at but are careful about what they are unfamilar.
