About the high heels

For i always by bus go to office ,sometimes it was difficult to me when i wear high heels by bus
why say so ?
when so many people on the bus and you did not have a seat .even you wear high heels,
it was very tired .For a girl ,we must always wear high heels to be charming and Feminine .
but to me it makes me embarrassed when i did not wear high heels ,because my height was only just
of 1.60cm and i was very thin .so i always looks small ,if i did not wear high heels ,i can not be
confidence .
on the other hand ,wear high heels always make women suffer pain in a long time ,when we climbed
the stairs ,come down the stairs ,it was not comfortable ...but we just bear it to make us charming in
front of the people .
even i saw a girl climbed the Wutong mountain last month...she must be my goddess .HaHa
sometimes i imagined if we can invent shoes there have a button ,such as if we climbed the mountain
it can be transfer Casual shoes ,when we in some comercial place it can be transfer high heels .
it was very cool ,but this is just i imagined ! maybe one day it was really come true.

- Such a good invention someday might come out. Do not feel embarrassed and if you really want to feel confident, you can by do exercises then later you are not going to be very thin, and then you will feel cool by body building.
It is not good to wear high heels for a long time, so I suggest that you can have a pair of high heels to reserved in your office so that you can have them changed when you are at work time.
The last, 160cm is not so bad, if it was 1.60cm then it could be a tiny mini girl.

- I agree with you that wearing high heels for a long time is harmful to our body. In some occasion, we need to wear high heels to express our confidence or beauty. It can't be avoided; however, we can reduce the time to wear them. As teadrinking said, you can bring your high heels to the office and wear them at the work time.
