How to ask for my salaries from such person?

I got to work in a trade company in April ,2006!The manager was a male!
At first ,I had to learn some work skills of international documentary clerk
as I was just an English graduate even though I had worked in the first company
for 3 months as an office clerk!I made progress day by day and got the salary of
1000RMB after 2 months!But I could not get my salary in time!It was a bad thing!
That company stopped business at the end of October,2008!To our great surprise,
that person did not pay us 6-month's salaries even though there were not too many
stuffs woking there!It was one Sister who got the full salaries before leaving there!
We felt it difficult to ask for salaries as that person was not a person with good credit!
But as he did not have money,we did not ask him to pay us full salaries!He made a
promise that he would pay us once he had money!We had waited for almost a year!
When we phoned him,he did not answer it!When we found him at home,he just told
us to wait !What a terrible person I had worked for 2.5 years!
What do you think of my situation?We did not make contract with that company!

- First,You should handle the convincing evidence that your boss didn't pay your salary for such a long time.
Second, take the evidence to the Labor Bureau,the officials will help you to get your money back by a legal way.
You'd better invite your colleagues who didn't get the money they earned to go to the Labor Bureau, I think that will be more powerful to convince the officials to help you get your money back.
