I have been a member of our company for a year!

Last year,on 26th,May,2009 when my grandma left hospital and went home,I went
to our company and became a member of such company!One year has passed!I had to
say that how time flies!
At first,the manager of our company said that I could be paid on time and be raised
salaries year by year and that I could be provided with life security !But as I had worked
here for one year ,I did not get what my manager promised me!
I felt free if our company was not busy at weekdays.That was good as I did not have
to go to our company once I had things to be busy with in my private life!
I could not get my salaried on time,which made me feel worse !
Just be active to find a suitable job and then I can leave such company!

- I know that many companies in our province donot pay their employees on time and the boss always has a thousand excuses. You are young, and opportunities are a lot. Stay where you are and grow your experience and expertise till you can say boo to the boss.
