Today I read an article from a magazine. It talked about the phenomenon of using mobile phone. In Japan, the people never use phone on the subway. They think the behavior of using phone on the subway is impolite. It is bad manners to talk loudly in public places. So when they came into China, they were astonished and didn’t understand the situation. They consider that most of Chinese people are of low quality.

The behavior shows the personal quality, or even national quality. We should improve the health and psychological quality. Using phone, especially when having meeting or other people are talking, or in public place, we should turn the phone off. If you have important business, or you are expecting an important call, switch your phone to vibration mode. If you want people respect you, you should respect others firstly.  In fact, respect others is respecting yourself.

The detail decides all. Many times we ignore the details which we should pay attention to. We pay the price that we can’t lose. We regret and heartbroken, and could do nothing to change the situation. However, we should take seriously when doing the important things. And pay close attention to the details. Then we will success. Always remember: The detail decides all.
