I learn crisis management this morning. We share three well-known cases of crisis management, for example, Coca Cola and other famous company. Through the cases, I understand the process of the events and realize the value of handling the events. Better management and coping strategy are absolutely basic to a good businesses or large enterprises.

When talking about ourselves, the crisis management is essential to us. The expectation sometimes is terrible. Because we always get into scrapes by the expectation. Thinking too much is harmful to us. Anxiousness, fear, confusion and other similar sentiments don’t help the situation which you faced. Far from helping the situation, you've just made it worse. If you failed, it's useless to reproach yourself now. It's all water under the bridge.

Dale Carnegie, his philosophy about crisis management consists four parts: 1, you should think clearly what you concern about. 2, you should prepare for the worst of the situation. You should imagine the worst situation you can. 3 prepare to accept the challenge, including the mental preparation and other necessary preparations. 4, Live in the present. Try not to dwell on past mistakes. Going over and over your failures only increases stress. When the time for action arrives，stop thinking and go in.

When the thing happens, don’t worry. Be patient and think about the above steps to help you resolve the predicament. Just believe yourself!
