These days in Transn will be of great importance in my life. What is teamwork? I got the answer during these days.

What impressed me most is that day when our leader was punished for the imperfection of our teamwork. We had tried our best, but that could not change the consequence of being punished. Just as Xie said, those who only expected the results of your effort would not care the pain you suffer in the procedure. That is cruel, but that is the reality we have to face to. Business is business, which has no matter with emotional factors.

     In a team, the sense of individuals has been weakened. No matter how excellent you are, what you have to do is to finish the “teamwork” rather than your own part. Accordingly, the final achievement of the whole team is right the benchmark of your individual value. Owing to this, each team member shoulders the responsibility to fulfill their duty – the duty to win honor for  the team.

     A-TEAM is the most united team I have experienced. I appreciate all of may team members and I believe we will make much more progress in the future.
