Lee…What were you doing in the past four years?

461 views. 2009-7-21 22:08 |Individual Classification:Transn|

Today we did an exercise of translation and checked the simple mistakes for each other. I find that some sophomores have a good knowledge of English. Thoes who are two years youger than me can employ English even much more professionally than me, an English major graduate. I just can not help reflecting what I was doing in the past four years.   --!!   “Have you ever fulfill the obligation as an English major student?” I asked myself.

Apart from reflection, I can also feel the oppressive competition, or in other way, the encouragement. I am not diligent and diciplined, thus I need stimulus for progress. However, that I am lazy doesn't mean I am self-satisfied/complacent. I always try to find a way to encourage myself, to force me to trigger my inferiority and naturally I will be willing to perfect myself. Therefore, an excellent team is of great significance for me. By the comparision with some distingushed team members, I can easily realize my disadvantages/demerits and set the goal of improvement.

Well, today’s exercise of translation reminds me of my deficiency of English knowledge. Being professional – that is my goal.

Umm, a nice day.

Wish me typing faster!...oh,my…--!!

So do I. Although English is not my major, I feel I've returned English to my teachers.

Time is what you make the best of it.
水能载舟,也能煮粥, it depends on how you think of it
You are also an English translation major?

What you want to ESPRESS in this blog, reminds me of ESPRESSO, which I got a great liking for. Could you tell me your major?
