Are we sharks too?

I am still a mediocre office worker after I had graduated from my college 14 years ago. Once I hearsay that those 60s and 70s have squeezed into leader group of provincial government, I always dont fail to envy them. Is there anyone who doesnt want to be acclaimed by others and to be recognized by the whole society? Though I am dying to be so, I have no finesse to reach that. Lucky it is, usually, I am not in blue for a long time. Generally speaking, I am easy to be satisfied. These days, I feel contented after I read an short story about a poor shark. I think I resemble that shark the most. Biologists once did an experiment about sharks. They put a furious shark and a school of tropical fishes in the same pool and then separated them with a tempered glass. At first, the shark hit that transparent glass frequently every day. It was in vain to get to the other side of the pool because of the hard glass. Biologists put some crucians in the side of shark everyday but Shark still wanted to swim to the side of those delicious tropical fishes. It tried its best to hit that piece of glasses in different directions. Each time, it was getting exhausted and was bruised here and there after attacking their unseen glass. Once there were cracks appearing on the glass. Workers will replace it with a thicker glass. Latterly, this shark drew a lesson from it. It figured it out that it couldnt eat those tropical fishes at all. So it paid no attention on those vigorous tropical fishes swimming before it as if they are just a mural on the wall. And it seems to have been accustomed to those insipid crucian put by workers regularly and then preyed on them agilely. It looked as if it was still be the king of sea. But this is only an illusion. The experiment reached to its last stage. Biologists remove the glass between shark and tropical fishes, but the shark turned a blind eye on it and it still swim med in its own side. It would give up hunt immediately even though those crucians rushed into the other side of the pool. The meaningful experiment finished and biologists mocked this shark as the most amenable fish in the sea. There is a word in English,ie, institutionalized. I think everyone ignores this word but no one can be free from being controlled by this word. Once we are accustomed to an environment which we have stayed for a long time, we will take it for granted and dont want to change it positively. That shark was institutionalized and so am I.I hope you, my dear friends, dont step into the same dilemma as me. You should work hard and find a thing to do which you like the most and dont squander your time at will. In this case, you can keep your brain vigorous and can face challenges of different stages of your life.
