As far as the Spring Festivial Gala is concerned,I think it was conservative.The director is too cautious to use new faces with encourage. The majority of the actors or actress of this gala is old face.Some of them has begun to make people sick.Such as HuangHong,Zhao Benshan and his disciples,Guoda,etc.Mr.Zhao Benshan was once an actor of Twists,a local opera of Northeast China and shot to his fame after he performed a comic sketch in Spring Festivial Gala twenty years ago.At that time,the President of America was Old Bush.Now,four president has been changed and the colour of complexion of  president has been changed.But Zhao Benshan is still active in Spring Festivial Gala.This is a miracle for ZhaoBenshan as well as for mankind.We always worry about the creative ability of Chinese.From the phenomanon of Zhao Benshan,we have to admit that we still have a long way to go before we get ability of creativity.But in the gala of this year,i still found some new faces who are really hopeful.For example,in a cross-talk,two youth born in the 1980s performed very well and they have bring  huge impact on the null performing stage of the gala.Yes,we need new faces.An actor or actress,no matter how pupular he or she is,is a niche star and should not let them appear on one place time and again.In this case.even the people with great patience would vormit.Just like after wearing the same clothes for twenty years,what will do?put off them and tear it into pieces. The Spring festivial gala is an activity which is used to greet spring.Spring stands for a season with change.Snow will melt away and trees will leaf.So the gala should be initiative.If i was the Minister of Culture Ministry,I would advice the director of the gala to use new actors.They can do a better job.We don't welcome gerontacrocy in politics as well as in culture activities.
