In the morning of March 23, a red luxury car without number plate, rushing in the wrong direction in  Zhonghua Street of Gui Yang, was flagged down by traffic policemen. Beside the policemen were reporters of Guizhou TV station. Nowadays, Gui Yang city is carring out an traffic management activity called" Three establishment and one fullfillment". These reporters were covering the process of law enforcement of traffic officers. When traffic cops coped with this traffic infringement, a female reporter surnamed Lu, came up to interview the driver,  a chic lady, of the red car. But the latter had been shirking the lens gazing at her. When the reporter asked whether her wrongdoings smeared the image of Guiyang when other residents were positively taking part in the management activity. An unexpected episode happened: The female driver lurched to the reporter and slapped her desperately, then kicked her furiously untill traffic officer stopped her. She was so rampant that all witnesses scolded her. Shortly after that the reporter was rushed to a hospital. The new development of this incident is that the female driver was detained for ten days.

Some netizens think that the inquiring method of the victim reporter was not suitable which irritated the driver. But I think no matter how embarrassing a question is, the female driver has no right to attack others. Her fury reflects the abnormal priviledge of some nouveau riches. Because they have omnipotent money which can manipulate public power and law. Traffic officer, in their eyes, means nothing. If they infringe laws, they can immediately invite some big shots to help them and, public will is frequently stamped. The deed of the female driver is just the product of the failure of establishment of constitutional society. Such instances can be see on media time and again. We all seem  accustomed to this kind of ugly thing. This is the tragedy of our society. I think the victim is not the fragile reporter herself, but includes us. If the priviledges of those upstarts are not stymied effectively, there would be the second, the third victims show up. I don't know in America or Britain,  what's the result of punching a person before eyes of cops. I think ten days' punishment is too lenient. Our law should protect disadvantage group instead of those fat cats.

As to me, those slaps were not hit the face of the reporter, they are torturing  hearts of Chinese with conscience.
