This is my first english blog. I hope contiual noteing down everything in my life will help me to think in english more. 3 month ago, I came to America to do some project with my American colleagues. During that time, I have a lot of fun to touring around there, doing so much shopping, and working with those guys. But the issue annoying me most is my poor oral english. I asked my colleagus repeat his question several times. And I often misunderstood their requirements and missed some important info. When facing people from different countries, I am shy and cowardly that is not real myself. How to overcome this unconfidence and fear? Everyday I keep learning English but it's inefficient which make me not be confident with myself as much as before. I always think I can deal with it until I learn English good enough. But when will be enough, I should be brave to speak more with my colleagues. That is my duty and work. 3 weeks ago, I came back to Shanghai, After 1 week quarantine against H1N1, I return to work. Everytime I feel terrible about myself after the meeting with American colleagues. Too much complain, it is not my style. Keep walking, it will be better.
