It is reported that shanghai will improve operator base salary from 960 to 1200 after April.

But my salary couldn't be added accordingly due to wage level.

I'm very disappointed to it,because I must earn more money to buy house in my hometown this year.

I have worked more than five years in two different companies, but there is still little money and low salary.

So this tiger year target is to job-hopping and earn more money.

As an ambitious man, I must broaden my horizon in a big city no matter what I face - success or failure - because I will not regret it if I have struggled for my dream

It is a long way to me,but I have made a good preparation for it.

Life is constitute of suceess and fail.

We could not succeed easily.
