Preface：my dear friend, we are not actors, so you need not mask your feelings.
Distance produces beauty, so does miss. We have not seen each other for several months, the long separation makes me indulge in the past sweet memories with you. During the four years at college, we are almost together. Despite many little squirrels and arguments between us, now all that trifles have already become our beautiful memories. But we can't come back to the past, never. You went to Shenzhen this spring and worked there for over five months, it's upset we don't contact each other much any more.
I saw your travelling photos at Guilin. It's great that you and your new friends or co-workers dressed in flowing dress and wear straw hat rambling in the marvellous lanscape. But seeing your smiling face at photos, somehow i feel a touch of melancholy in your expression. Maybe that's my false impression.I hope so and wish you happiness.

- The times together are indeed sweet and memorable, but when one of the lovers move to live far away, there are bound to be changes, most likely undesirable changes. The new surroundings, new friends and new opportunities would certainly distract him. When one of you fails to keep close contact, then that is an indication of undesirable change.
Distance produce fondness, but it does depend on his activities. When there is a lot over there to attract him, then his attention would be on his new developments.
The thing you should do is to keep an eye on what is happening. Try to know as much as you can about his present life. Girls have the seventh sense and can easily judge things accurately from indications. Men, by nature are easily distracted and change. You would need to make extra effort to keep the relationship alive despite being so far apart in distance. Do whatever you can to keep the relation warm and sweet, without giving him too much pressure.

- Time is magic, gives us space for thinking. Distance is a way for us to be more grownup because we are not kids any more and should be obligated to shoulder responsibilites. It is the time to endure and witness loneliness and happiness.
A call, a text messages or an exmail is just enough for us when it comes to tough relationship at any time and anywhere.

. The person i miss is one of my college roommates who will come back to school in a few days.
