Tough time of me

Hi Guys,

 

      Recent days, I feel really tired with my body, also I feel a little frustrated, because I am failed to control my daily life.

During recent two months, I often leave office before 6:00 afternoon, sometimes even leave at 5:30PM. I think it’s early to go home as a software engineer.

But my life is becoming bad after off duty, I don’t know what I should do, I spent most of my time and energy on the internet, I really hate to do. It makes me feel tired and much lonelier.

 

Actually, in order to have a healthy living habit, I haven’t opened the access to internet, I have placed my laptop in bag for a long time, and I just watch TV when I am at home, that makes me feel better.

But now, I am staying on the internet as soon as I come back, and I always go to bed after 2:00AM in the morning of next day and get up before 8:00AM, it’s so bad! But I can’t persuade myself, I try to sleep early, but I failed to do.

 

I have asked myself why this case happed to me. I can find some excuses for me shown as below:

 

  1. The house which I live is too small to make me comfortable. I think it’s hard to have a better feeling when you stay in a small space. You can just face the wall, the window, the door...so I prefer to open my laptop and get on the internet.
  2. I am single. Since I broke up with my girlfriend, I am a little unaccustomed. I think there are more joys if the love around me.
  3. …..

From now on, I wish I can go to bed at 12:30 around. I need to raise weight and have a stronger body. You know if we even can’t sleep well, you will not have a good performance in your work, you can’t do anything. Also I really I want to have some friends to join some activities, like as walking in a part or go to the top of the mountain. Anyway, I want to enrich my life, I don’t want to stay in front of computer!

I need change something…

 

I wrote these words in office are also consuming my time. It seems I have not too many tasks in hand this week.

This is ZZ’s life. I just wanna have a good living habit! I know nobody can really help me except myself. God help me! It’s really a tough time for me.

 

Do you have experienced this case?  Is there any idea about this? Any suggestions or comments are welcomed here, thanks!

Oh, I just can tell you that the feeling is so bad. I'm also a single and my life is easy.But my sleeping is so good that I was defined as a pig.
My logo is just being yourself and relax.

Try to make a target :go to bed at 11:00 ,and try to finish your work or other things before this time, because of your bad habit , you will delay, and maybe you can fall into sleep at 12:30~

I have the same feeling with you,sleep at 2:00 AM and get up before 8:00 AM.but from last week until now,i leart Yoga and get excersice before going to bed,you can try also.yoga is good for your sleep and your health.please do more excersice as you can.happy day for you.

target doesn't work,I think.not everybody follow the target,yoga is a good way.when you tired and feel exhausted,you will sleep,right?

haha,that's a good way , I have never tried yuga ,but when we in the Military Training , everyone fall in to  sleep as early as they could^^

I have the same experience when I broke up with my boyfreind.But I became fine after half of a year.LIves are ours.We believe everthing will be fine as time passes. So you can try to jion more outdoor activities and make friends .AT least there is only one friend who may hear you and talk with you .Come on !take action!

you gave yourself more pressure and there were not enough time for sleeping , so you felt boring . take it easy and be relaxed for a while , have a rest and may you happy .
