Well, good problem! ~~It all depends. if i'm in a good mood, i'll do something interesting, such as listening to music, seeing movies, reading novels, taking part in outside activities, talking with friends, even practising calligraphy, to relieve pressures; but if i'm in a bad mood, i'll yield myselp up, such as drinking a little, sleeping all the time and crying outrightly to release the taut nerves and reduce the steam-pressure in the spleen. Hehe~
