A knotty present

I have an uneasy about that i had received a present from my boss(a young lady) one month ago.actually ,it's a commom phenomenon that the boss give us gifts.last time ,she gave a upscare brand bag to my colleague,it's about five thousand.but they are known each other for nine years.so we think it's quite normal .
i always received gifts from boss,but most of them are secondhand clothes and shoes .i accept her presents every time.because i have no reason to refuse these things.i'm the only person who has a similar shape to her in our office,and everytime she has lots of reasons to persuade me to accept these persents. last time.she gave me a pairs of UGG snow boots,i put it in her office when she attended a meeting with managers.when she came back,she gave it to me again,and tell me that i need not to feel unacceptable because it's a fake brand.i do believe that,i have no choice but accept it again,because i don't know how to deal with these complex things,i don't know how to refuse. when i got home,i put it on the shoe rack directly,i didn't care about it's new or not.i do owe her a favor again.how can i do.
last week,i picked it from the shoe rack.and i found a invoice in the box,it's AUG413,about 2500RMB, it's new and she never wore it before.i feel so sorry about that i can't be conscious of it before,or i won't accept it.but now i don't know what i can do,i should give her what she needs,but what……why always encounter something hard to handle. i'm young and inexperienced, and don't know about the ways of the world.but i know it's not an excuse.
