my boss talked with me in private yesterday,there is a vacancy position in the executive dapartment,it's a very important position that need a person with good english listening and writing ability.she suggest that i'm going to take this place until the appropriate person is recruited,to some extent,i'm very glad to hear that.in the finance dapartment,i have no access to communicating with others in english,except by email.this position need me to deal with the detailed stuff of the GM and the GM of Asia,this is a great challenge for me,but i want to accept it,this position is not only good for improving english,but aslo can strengthen my ability in a new field.at the meantime,i'm worry about that my poor english not enough to do it well.
another good new is that,our corporation intend to give me some money to attend a training in the next year,english training or something else,it's up to me.my best friend advise me to take a part in a english training to upgrade my english knowledge,and that is good for my career.but i beg to differ with she ,i think it's not much necessary to join a training.and we just can learn a little by this way.the most important is that we can practicing english in our daily life.so i put particular emphasis on my major,i want to improve my professional skill,another choice,studying french,there are many french guys in our company,maybe learning french is the best choice for me,and it will achieve more opportunities with good capable of french in our corporation.

i can't make up my mind to choose,fortunately,i have a long time to consider it carefully.what do you think of it,can you give me some significant suggestions,thanks in advance.

- Just do it, the pressure is also the motivation. right? I agree with you that we can practice our english in our daily life, if I were you i will study french, because it's good for you to communicate with your colleague.
