if you lack intellgence ,please flow out the sweat.when i was recruited to the current corporation as a intern,the most attactive thing is i can gain one year's experience,because this international company isn't as good as it looks.i didn't want to stay there for a long time at first.there are so many talented people and everyone is good at mastering english.the most important is that i can't get along well with them,it called "generation gap".all people in our office are older than me more than ten years.
lately, i think i can't waste this opportunity that is of benefit to my growth.everytime i try to present my ideas in a more clear manner in order to get my reasons across,and express my sincere thanks to all of them.i take full use of my leisure time to read books.later,i find i can get along well with them and they are willing to talk with me about the daily life and work.and their professional knowledge and mature minds help me a lot.the best and most beautiful things in the world can't be seen or even touched,they can be felt with the heart.
although in our company it's impossible for us to earn the most highest lever position,it's only available to those foreigners.but you can gain double return if you flow out the sweat.i don't know how long i can hold on over there,but i can sure that i will flow out my sweat for the benefit of my future.if you lack intellgence ,please flow out the sweat;if you want to win the sincere feeling,please donate your turely heart.

- Tange: most international-owned company is known as well as report said ....in my humble opinion,reasonable culture,comfortable environment and nice people,the most important qualities of a good global corporation are enterprise culture and the excellent moral quality of all stuffs.and now i'm aware of that our company can meet all requests of mine.
