I have not persented my opinions that doesn't mean i don't care.
I'm in a lousy mood these days ,please don't try to provoke me.this time i can't find a suitable method to eliminate my bad emotions.i really hate myself like this.i feel so bad that i can't control my minds.how can i pour it out?can you help me?

- Don't worry, dear friend. Have a positive attitude; tomorrow is another day! Find out what is really bothering you, and then detail a plan to tackle the promblem. Maybe things are not so bad at all if you think about less fortunate people....
