what is the most important character in our daily working. i always think that attitude. responsibility and professional skills are very important. especially attitude.
Recently i received a message from our general manager( a strict person in many other colleagues's impression), he said : you did an excellent work in your actual position , i see no reason why you may not succeed in another one. i expressed my sincere thanks for his encouragement, he replied: you are young and promising, you deserve encouragement. i can't understand why he will care about a very normal clerk just like me, although i help him to deal with some nonsignificant things very often. one word he replied: attitude.
Our Asian marketing manager, a successful woman. she hope me can keep learning and continue to have a positive attitude to everything.
Those examples can't state everything and it's just my personal opinion, even can't make a positive influence. for me, those sentence have a profound meaning in my life. especially now, or when i'm confused.

- Every manager has certain preferences towards their staff. Some admire the staff for their devoted work, responsibility, reliability, trustworthiness or good attitude. Obviously, you have one of these qualities or you appear to be particularly sincere to them.
Apparently, your superiors have knows about the staff under him and you have created a good impression. Value this recognition and appreciate the opportunity. It is now always that managers praise staff.

he is so busy need to handle two companies in China, i'm so suprised when i got his message in private. at the meantime, i'm stressful as i'm not good as he said. i fear i will let him down.
my english is so poor as before, silly me. i don't know way i can't improve my spoken english very much. it looks quite hard for me to enhance my skills or abilities. i'm so upset.
