Recently there are several colleagues has quit our company. Maybe most of people are indifferent about this separation, but I will feel sad from my heart, I need a couple of days to recover my emotion. Of course, you can't find unhappy from my faces.
In my opinion, Company is a big family,and each of us is the member of this big family, we are get well along with each each,to create the beautiful future at the meantime. Maybe you will think I'm so simply unreasonable, in fact, I also think I care too much. I have put the excessive emphasis on all kinds of relationship, maybe I didn't show highly enthusiasm for it, but I do care It in my heart.

- Maybe I can understand you to some extent. In Beijing, people changes jobs quite frequently. So I have to face the truth that most of my colleagues will finally get out of my life one day. It makes me depressed when they choose to leave, just like an old friend will disappear.

Is the employment situation out there so good that they want go job hopping? I don't think that is a good decision in the present situation. Just hope they won't regret their decision.
Yes, we develop good relations and trust after working together for some time and you are quite right to feel at loss and would miss them. However, sometimes, we don't have much choice. Everyone has their own aspirations and interests and they would change from time to time. Change is not always good but it is really up to them to make the choice.
I once had a friend who had constant unbearable pain in his knees. He said he would like to chop off his legs and change to artificial legs. Is that a good change? I don't think so because he would lose too much in exchange for some comfort. Everyone has a different opinion and for him, he said at least he don't have to suffer the pain forever.
