yesterday, I saw one of my workmate's eyes red and looked very unnatural.I knew she must have met some unpleasant things. As a workmate and friend ,I asked her what was the matter.She looked at me and tears out at once. 

I pulled her to the toilet , and consoled her.After a few minutes later, she calmed down more.She told me that as she couldn't solved a problem in her job , one of her partner jokingly blamed her :'As a experienced engineer, how did you can't settle this little matter with spending so long time?' . This simple sentence hurted her strong self esteem.

She sobbed :'How could he talk to me like that? This is the first time for me to meet this problem, I should take time to dig it out . I know I am not so smart to resolve it at once, but he blamed me like that.'

I think her partner is unintentional to say this words, because he is a very sunshine guy and awalys with smile, ofcourse, he like play joke with acquaintance.

I told to my friend don't so mind others words, don't let others words or deeds affect your mood so greatly.So,mind our words and strengthen our inner world.
