my teeth are not very well .indeed ,i didn't eat too much sweet in my childhood. i have many Dental caries. yesterday,i  went to the dentist again to have a tooth filled. it is confused  me a long time  that how to make my teeth healthy. i  brush my  teeth  every  morning and evening and i don't eat too much dessert.  but my teeth is also broken day by day .
