Seek a job for father

My father was laid off by his company in 2008,actually he was not at the age when was retired. he was so anger that he indicted that company.but in any way he can't go back to work,he said he want to seek a new job.
That is difficulty for him and me.as you know he is more than fifty,no job suit him except gate chamber.maybe he can run a convenience store or ....i don't know!
