It's about two months from i did physical exercise plan,not every item i have implemented so its effects is poor,why to say that?
I played basketball for an hour at court last friday,i felt well that morning.but the next day after that i ached all over especially my legs,and i caught cold,maybe my immunity is lower after doing sport.so i think need do more exercise.

I came back to Shanghai from home yesterday,and i am very tired after sitting on the train one night.my body as not stronger as before,and i got fatter.oh,i have long time no doing physical exercise.In 2005 i had ever taken thirteen o’clock train from jinan to suzhou,that time i did not feel so tried.so doing physical exercise is important.
running:5 kilometers every week
cycling:Go company by bike every day
push-up:20 every day
sit ups:20 every day
anything else?i don't want to buy any equipment,hehe...
