Move to another city or not?

Unfortunately, the dept. that I served form last July was dissolved a couple of days later after 1-year anniversary of my career. Yestoday, I got an offer form another dept. of the same company, but the dept. is a new built one again and is in HangZhou. It means that I have to move to a toally strange city if I accept the offer.
To move or not to move, that is the question!

I think it is a good chance to develop yourself in a new city.
the only thing that makes me hesitating is that i have lots of friends here(SuZhou) who'll be far away from me if i move to HangZhou
