Today, I received a bad news, good news  seems to always be far away from me. One month ago, I bought a car.  Two weeks ago, I took my whole family to the ChangFeng garden by my car. I parked my car at the roadside nearby the garden when we were touring in the garden. Today, I found a punishment notice on the traffic bureau's website due to parking infringement. However, I remembered clearly that the place where my car is parking is a temporary parking lot. I don't know should I appeal. Who can tell me how to appeal and what the department should I complain to.
