Recently I have been working as an intern in a multinational corporation named Delphi. I'm in the finance department with my friend who introduced me in.
As a junior, this is my first time to work in such a big company. Everybody here has a big desk and a computer for work, including me. Everyone is an elite who can talk in English with their foreign customers. They are friendly and kind even to an intern like me.
My work is quite simple. Arrange accounting vouchers, print covers, stick them together and seal in the invoice. Put them in the folds and locate them in some places. When some accountants need accounting voucher, I'll look for them and give them to the accountants. When they return them back, I need to put them back. And so forth.
It is really a simple job but not easy. For it is a big company and the files are piled up like mountains. This is exactly why they need hands to do these.
I'm glad to accept the job for I can learn how to work in the office. I will graduate after one year and I need working experience. Everything here are new to me and I have learned a lot. I am amply repaid and am content.
In the meanwhile, I have lost a lot of time which I should have. I can have more time to study to get certificates. I can enjoy more happy time in campus. Campus life will leave when I really graducate and can never be back. So I want to enjoy the last maybe half a year's campus life. It will not be late when I work in my senior, right?
So what's your view on this? I am kind of in the dilemma...
