After being two months' temporary, I became a formal intern Last Friday which made me so excited!
As I said before, I am working in a multinational corporation named "Delphi Automitive System Holding Co., Ltd" as a half intern. That is to say, I am not a formal intern with no contract signed. But due to my hard work with a sense of responsiblity
, my boss recommended me to HR and we signed a contract for four months, ending at the end of August.
I appreciated my friend Sunny who taught me and helped me so much in the corporation for she's a formal intern and worked there for nearly half a year. She knew better about the work and always assigned some easy work to me while she did some hard and complicated jobs herself.
Now I become the formal intern and I have an "apprentice" just as I did before. I feel a heavy burden of responsibility over my shoulder. Previously, I just did what Sunny told me to do and most of them were easy jobs. Now I should be more self motivated and organized. Not only do I need to assign job to myself and learn other things which I haven't learnt before, I also need to tell my apprentice how to do these work and give her some easy work. Last Friday, I tried to give her some work letting her finish on Monday since I won't come to the company that day. It turned out to be hard for me to do so. There were many things to do but I had no idea which to do first or which was more easier. How frustrating!
I always think myself a strong organized guy. So I have confidence in overcoming it. I'll try to list the work on a piece of paper and think it over. Maybe I just haven't done enough preparation and I'll prepare it right now~
