Sleep Problem...

Do you have sleep problem? Not until I entered the univesity did I find that I have sleep problem, which bothered me for almost three years...
 
I know there is an illness called insomnia that one cannot fall into sleep. It is quiet around him but due to his excitment or nerve or something else, he just can't be asleep.
 
I'm a little different from such circumstance. I can easily fall into sleep if it is quiet. But when some people are talking with each other or there's some sounds like snore, I can hardly fall asleep. My dorm members are all who go to bed late. As a result, I accompany them till deep night. What's worse, one of my roommates can be asleep quickly and begin to snore, which makes me crazy! Every night I have to bear such suffering...Damn it!
 
According to the study, drinking milk at night helps to fall sleep quickly. But it can't help me solve my problem. Do you have the same problem with me? Have you got any experience or any advice for me? Thank you ~

My mum never has such a problem and I admire it very much...there are sleepless nights occasionally I believe it's normal :)

I will not be sleepless if there's no noise. I just wonder why there are some people blind to the noise like my roommate. No matter how loud you are talking around him, he just can fall asleep...

"one of my roommates can be asleep quickly and begin to snore" is opposit to your inner mind ,It may be help counting when you go to sleep

I also confront the same tough situation like you.And I also had suffered from other's snore before.The only way to solve the problem well is to choose a quiet and calm circusmstance for you.You may think.

Hehe, we are both victims. You know it's hard to change such situation for I should stay in the dorm until I graduate from the university. Luckily, there's only one year left... And I can choose a quiet and calm circusmstance as you said.

maybe you are too nervous,if you let yourself in a relaxed feeling,you will find yourself quickly be asleep.just calm down and calm down...

Due to my busy life recently, I can fall asleep quicker than before. Maybe it is because of the no longer snore that my roommate makes...

I can't endure such sounds like you, frankly speaking, nothing help, as for me, I will put a (耳罩,how to translate) on my ear when I sleep.

Is the 耳罩useful? Where did you buy it? I just use the cotton which make my ears tickle...

i have sleep problem too.but the reason caused by myself.i think it depend all yourself.take it easy .maybe everything will be ok.

If you think too much, it'll make you sleepless...
I am not caused by this reason. I can sleep well in my home but not in my dorm in the university. So every week I have to go back home to have a good sleep...

Close your eyes ,Relax your whole body and clear your mind whenever the picture apppeared in your brain ,just keep your mind blank
Or
Counting lamps.When you feel tired ,you may feel sleepy.

But when I feel sleepy, if there's some noise like snore, I can't help focusing my mind on it, which makes me sleepless. So I feel helpless...

I think you need a travel(not a tour)
When I got this sleepless problem I used to went to seabeach ,moutains or some places quiet.Fortunately the college I had  graduated  located on a moutain not far from the sea.But now I'm in Beijing ,so I will choose a weekend climb the moutains,breath some unpolution air .
Sports may be a great help ,for I play basketball everyday ,I haven't met  this problem for about 3 years.
At last ,girls always use many kinds of cosmetic,some of smells may affected your sleep,so don't forget refresh your indoor air everyday .
