Do you have sleep problem? Not until I entered the univesity did I find that I have sleep problem, which bothered me for almost three years...
I know there is an illness called insomnia that one cannot fall into sleep. It is quiet around him but due to his excitment or nerve or something else, he just can't be asleep.
I'm a little different from such circumstance. I can easily fall into sleep if it is quiet. But when some people are talking with each other or there's some sounds like snore, I can hardly fall asleep. My dorm members are all who go to bed late. As a result, I accompany them till deep night. What's worse, one of my roommates can be asleep quickly and begin to snore, which makes me crazy! Every night I have to bear such suffering...Damn it!
According to the study, drinking milk at night helps to fall sleep quickly. But it can't help me solve my problem. Do you have the same problem with me? Have you got any experience or any advice for me? Thank you ~
