Sleep Problem...

Do you have sleep problem? Not until I entered the univesity did I find that I have sleep problem, which bothered me for almost three years...
 
I know there is an illness called insomnia that one cannot fall into sleep. It is quiet around him but due to his excitment or nerve or something else, he just can't be asleep.
 
I'm a little different from such circumstance. I can easily fall into sleep if it is quiet. But when some people are talking with each other or there's some sounds like snore, I can hardly fall asleep. My dorm members are all who go to bed late. As a result, I accompany them till deep night. What's worse, one of my roommates can be asleep quickly and begin to snore, which makes me crazy! Every night I have to bear such suffering...Damn it!
 
According to the study, drinking milk at night helps to fall sleep quickly. But it can't help me solve my problem. Do you have the same problem with me? Have you got any experience or any advice for me? Thank you ~

I agree with you. I am better recently due to my busy work and sports. I'm so busy with my intern work that become forgetful these days... The rest of time I play basketball too~ Here comes the good news that I feel better at night~It does work~

If I study in front of the computer or do something before I go to sleep, It is no way for me to go to sleep. I alway half lie down in the coach to watch TV or just relax( maybe listen to some radion) ,I will feel sleepy. It is time to go to bed once I am very sleepy. I always sleep well after that.

I wonder if you have solved your sleep problem. I am in the exact suituation as you . My living clock has been broken .Each time when I want to sleep ,I am worry that I will be disturbed.So I always hope that I am tired every day so that I can fall asleep quickly~

I'm better than before due to my busy life and tired body. Besides, I take a series of ways. I drink milk or beer every night. Milk helps to sleep and so does beer. I use cotton as earplug which can decline the noisy. You can try them but I think being tired is the key point. I really led a very busy and tired life recently. But I don't think it is good to health.

I recalled my bad sleep situation as you when college.The sleep can be only replenish at home.I usually sleepless one day then the next day would be well because of tire of yesterday.It is hard to change the circumstance.Relax is good for sleep.Or you can try reading english books,I am easy to go sleep when reading them.Did not know whether it will be useful for you...

Haha, I am so suprised that I'm so similar to you. Every week I looked forward to going back home, only wanted to have a good sleep. And I was sleepless every other day. Now I'm busy with my intern work and I sleep only a few hours every day which makes me fall asleep quickly~ Reading is a good way but it can't be helpful not because of it own but because of my bad study environment. But thank you anyway~

You mean the regulation for limited the time of light in dorm...I see...
I choosed listen to the radio before.But it did not have any effects.Hope you have a good sleep and healthy.Aware of bad habit of being late to sleep,it is not good for you in long term.
