Last Sunday, I went to Xinfadi farm produce market.
I heard that this is the biggest farm produce market in China.the market provide farm produce to a majority people Beijing living. How huge it is. walk from one side to other side maybe a few kilometres long. A hundred million RMB on sale a day.It's just like a middle town. Thirteen big gates are in the market, Five and more than pass check in and check out are in a gate. some wide roads, and a bridge is in the market.
I saw a very and very huge truck was coming out from the gate. There are a lot of scallion whole it. so high like three floors. I felt so small myself when I stood in the front of the huge scallion truck. I was shock for it. Too surprise. then I passed the check in, I was more surprise, less than a hundred huge truck stay in the area.the scallion are whole the trucks.I known this is all scallion in this area,walked for few minutes, another area is coming, It's cucumber, every kind of vegetable was selling in their area, Maybe a hundred huge trucks are in every area. and some huge hall there,
for example Province Ganshu hall, Province Hainan hall, city Haicheng province Liaoning hall, Province Hubei hall. and import fruit area. The fruit was come from Australia and Chile, or others country.
the farm produce is cheaper than super-market.about a quarter price.It's fresh too. I bought the food whole the car,I am happy. The Xinfadi market is very interesting.
