I am free in the afternoon

therefore, i find some documents about  hypertension.

 

Dad is very fat, he has hypertension for several years.

In the past, i didn't worry it at all.

Because i never think it is a important thing. Moreover, i don't have the ability to persuade him to take care for himself.

 

After i graduated, when i went back home, i saw his health become worse and worse.

I often told Mom that how to cook the dishes. For example, more vegetables, less meat.

However, Dad said that we are forcing him to do what he don't like to do.

 

He has a lot of  bad habits, such as, drinking, smoking, creophagy and so on.

Elder sister and i often told him how to keep fit, he just take no attention to it.

 

Today, i write a letter to him . The letter includes my words and the document about the  hypertension.

I really hope it is useful for him

At this moment, our parents' health is the most important for us
