Deserve Your Own Praise

The brother of the miner is a person whose heart is stuffed by jealousy, greediness and meanness. He gained a pair of green eyes since he heard his prove brother became as rich as him on one day. So he promise himself he will get much more money than the lucky miner with his proud strategy.

Second morning, he leads a horse, big, white and high, stallion to direction of king’s palace. After several days of walking, he ultimately stands on the red carpet and faces the king. “Your majesty,” he exclaims proudly, “I present a unique stallion as a gift for my brother’s honesty.” The king feels pretty happy when he learned the miner has a good brother. So the king give the rich man ten gold coins. However, the king hears that the rich man never care about his biological brother, even so he really have a big number of money. The king gets full angry and calls on the rich man to the palace again and say “My honest citizen, I need your help, I need more excellent stallions for my army. You will get your deserved reward.” The rich man accepts this requirement soon.

The rich man sells his all properties to exchange good horses. His greedy personality inspires him to get more rewards. When he stands on the palace again and is waiting his reward. The king merely gives him an oral praise, but none of money. The king laughs and says “You should share more properties and be more generous to everyone. The treasure is inside the heart.”

As a result of the fact that the rich man becomes a poor man one day. He gets heavy sick when he go home, and die after several weeks.
