I have been in this private-owned company for about half a year. But I can see no future, not only on the development but also the salary. The salary of all colleagues is higher than that of me. Today a newcomer signed the contract just now for a position about which the candidate knew nothing. If I'm the interviewer, I'll not employ her. Just because she lives near from our company and my boss consider it stable for the job. I care nothing about whether she can fit for the position. But her salary is higher during the probationership than my salary now. I can't understand. And my colleauge's salary in my position is higher than me either.
I know I should not think salary more. But the boss have no consideration for me to increase my salary recently. Should I wait?

All you should now is to work harder than ever before and ask for raise in salay to your boss in right time.

And now, sometimes I am responsible for human resource job, and I know more about it. Though I know the salary in our company is in a lower level compared other companies.I do almost all tasks in the office after one of the colleagues left from the company. I think I have the opportunity to ask for more salary, but it's impossible.
