The power of last minute & choices

My two days exams were over. I was relieved, exhausted, and a little bit excited. I almost ended up dropping the second day’s exam. With only four hours sleep, I read through the materials like scan machine, finally I made it. The power of last minutes shined again!
I had never being a person with disciplines. I kept pushing things off ever since I am mainly responsible for myself. When I was little, the biggest worry I had was I may be a good man but nothing particularly useful. I don’t know how the other people cultivated their good habit. For me, it’s always a constant battle between myself and my desire to be lazy. It’s a surprise how I managed to get to this far in my life. Just like Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, after they eat from the tree of knowledge of the good and evil, they acquired the freedom of choice. However, they need to choose between good and evil in their everyday life ever since. Can I choose to be the person I want to be? Time, is running out... Will I be better prepared for the next challenge? I don’t know. All I know is, all those small choices we make every moment in our day, will make a huge difference.

- I'm also a kind of lazy one, sometimes it's not I go for the opportunities or challenges, but they come to me first. And I'm glad that most of time I'm fully prepared to seize the opportunities and face the challenges. It is inevitable for us to be kinda competative in order to realize our dreams. No pains ,no gains ,right?

- I just finished my task which I should have done one months ago. That makes me tired. Anyhow, I solve this problem. I won't act like this next time.

- You are quite diligent as I can see. Good for you that you are always prepared. I started to realize that it is not that there is no opportunity, it is whether I am prepared or not. Never too late, I guess.

- same here! I never start to do things until the last minute, like assignments, exams, washing clothes, getting up in the morning and almost everything in my life. I believe some people are born lazy. it's in their bones and genes because I know I am one. I dont know when it started. but that's the way I've already been since the middle school. now that i think about it, I stayed up so many nights to prepare presentations, make PPTs, write essays and thesis, cram stuff for the next-day final exams. I'm extremly amazed and constantly crossed the bottom lines, further and further every time. my roommates were also surprised that the things they prepared for 2 weeks like presentations and papers, I wouldnt even start until the midnight of the very deadline day and always manage to finish it when the dawn is coming. and when they talk about their performance in presentation or exams afterwards the next day, they'd always find me catching sleep in bed. of course, the quality of the assignments is needless to mention and seems to be a luxury for people like me. But sometimes I do get lucky and get better feedback or outcomes than others. people around would think it unfair, that they prepared for so long and so attentitive to details but I only finish it overnight in a rush. I would think it's unfair too and all I ask for, all my expectation would be to submit assignments on time and pass all the exams. A or C is the same to me as long as I didnt get a D.
I'm also wondering how i get this far, how I managed to graduate,
