1、  讲一下你的工作内容?

答:我平时的工作主要分为两大块:

一、销售管理&销售策略的研讨,主要有:1、对于本品及竞品现状的收集、分析,包括全国各大区域的销售状况,广宣效果的调查、跟踪;2、每月定期向公司领导层汇报“市场现状分析&销售管理细则研讨&销售计划调整”情况,提出部门建议及执行策略,并定期联合广宣、培训等部门召开月度“销售促进会”,对相关环节跟踪、调整,以此稳定CR-V在SUV领域销量No.1地位;3、实地工作的展开,协同领导召开月度区域会议,指导经销商执行公司营销方案,促进销售;并不定期寻访特约店、检核特约店相关事项的执行情况;不定期参与重点区域落后特约店改善座谈会,增加对实际情况的了解等;

二、CR-V调研工作的展开,主要包括:1、新车上市前后展开市场调研,对整个竞争环境预测、分析,对车型上市后效果的验证,并据此调整后期战略;2、不定期展开针对重点竞品的调研,如RAV4、汉兰达,也包括最近上市的途观、ix35等,并据此调整我们的广宣、培训等战略方向;

Talk about your last positon?

My last job mainly concerns two directions in total.

The first one is to study and research the sales management and strategy.

It involves issues like:

1:Collect information of our products or other companies’,then apply approached to analysis the information,and this usually focus on all of the main sales regions and advertisements,some tracing investment as well.

2:Report to upper leader the result of analysis of current situation,operation during sales management,and adjustment for coming month.All of these work  aim at  maintaining and promoting the sales volume of CR-V  in  SUV field.

3.Carry out schedules,cooperating the managers or leaders upon monthly meeting,Direct regional distributors carrying out company’s new strategy on sales,meanwhile,I will take some visit and assist work to distributors, to guarantee the executive effect of  sale plans.Occasionally,I will participate in some discussion meeting between relatively poorer sales record distributor,to look into the situation and problems.

The second part focuses on investment on CR-V,it goes like:

1:Take  immediate research after new model published,analysis or predict  the circumstance of competition,verify the strategy and  make adjustment according to the sales performance.

2:Carry out detailed investment on key products,such as RAV4, HanLanda,and new coming ix35 and so on.meanwhile, adjust our strategy and training direction.


2、  谈谈你对区域销售经理职位的理解?

答:区域销售经理,是乘用车公司与专营店之间承上启下的纽带。乘用车公司与专营店之间是相互合作、相互依存的关系,区域销售经理要让两者形成良好互动与促进,取得双赢。我们要坚持“公平、公正、公开”的原则处理专营店事务,力争提高本品牌市场占有率、客户满意度、品牌知名度;

区域销售经理,是一个具有高挑战的职位,要像一个勇猛的斗士,要具有永不妥协的精神。我们必须不断追求新的高度,不断否定自我,保持创新的激情,成就新的梦想。我们要塑造非凡的个人影响力,提升辖区所有专营店的信心,进而提升整体区域的业绩;

区域销售经理,极为强调执行力。乘用车总体营销目标的达成与否,很大程度上取决于区域销售经理的执行能力。我们应力争将单调的管理技能转化成一种规范的、准确的、熟练地行为规范而体现出来。

Tell us something about your understanding on the position of regional sales manager:

The regional Sales manager, to some extent, is the bridge between Passenger Vehicle Company and its Boutiques. They share relationship such as  coexistence and cooperation.

The regional sales manager has the responsibility to combine them to work interactively and cooperatively to get the final goal of win-win situation.Meanwhile,we should always persist on the principle of “Just,fair,and open “during boutique operation.At last, we aim at promoting our satisfactory of services from customers,and the market share within field,also the band awareness.

The regional sales manager ,which is a really challenge job,it requests spirit like a fighter,with the willing of never give up or compromise to the difficulties.We have to continually set up a higher mountain to climb, and review those mistakes,to be passionate,to realize the impossible dream. And we shall also build up our personality,to  guide our confidence of all in charged boutiques.Finally, we succeed all around.

We, as the regional sales manager,shall always pay extra attention upon executive.Whether we have accomplish our original sales strategy,this has definitely close relation to the regional sales manager’s ability of executive.

And we shall,we must put all of the principles,rules,procedure,skills, into the formal standard or specification,to make sure all operations go accurately,effectively and formally.
