你爱或者不爱我 You love or not love me
爱就在那里 Love is right there
不增不减 Not more ,not less
你跟，或者不跟我 You are, or not are with me
我的手就在你的手里 My hands are held by yours
不舍不弃 Never be aparted
来我怀里 To my bosom

默然相爱 Love silently
寂静喜欢 Enjoy silently

This is a love poetry by Chang Yang Jia Cuo,who was the sixth DaLai LaMa in Tibet. he wrote many beautiful and romantic poems. He was a legendary figure in Tibet history .This poetry was translated from Tibetan language into Mandarin. I think this poem is beautiful ,so I translate it into English roughly for everyone's reference.

maybe you had heard about his love story: he was the powerful king in temple ;but he could not love his girl in public due to the religinional factor;,so that he met her at the night-time ;
he was an powerful king in tibet; also be a romantic person ;

"why the nice appearance can not be given to every girl?" i asked
the god give the answer : someone would be blinded by pretty face while there is nothing can compare with kindness , i shared it to every girl , but sometimes it is covered by dust and be ignored
我问佛：为何不给所有女子羞花闭月的容颜？
佛曰：那只是昙花的一现，用来蒙蔽世俗的眼
没有什么美可以抵过一颗纯净仁爱的心
我把它赐给每一个女子
可有人让它蒙上了灰
i was confused ;why so many regret happened ?
God leave me a message: this world is full of dancing and sorrow ; Without the regret , you would never taste the happiness even the enjoyment is around you.
我问佛：世间为何有那么多遗憾？
佛曰：这是一个婆娑世界，婆娑即遗憾
没有遗憾，给你再多幸福也不会体会快乐
