NO.1 send the index of the expire instruments to the checker,and made signment by the leaders
NO.2 find several empty file boxes to fullfil the piles of files,and consquense the number from begining to the end
NO.3 make a form of record who let me to save the files, and take a note of the date as well as the number
NO.4 to cut the notice of experiment neaten,
