Though nothing special happens today, I still need to write something to make good on the promise.

I’m now sitting beside the desk by the window, through which I can see the night view of this city. Directly ahead of the window is a construction field on which hard-working builders are working in bright night-light. The night-light is installed on an over-four-floor high post carrier, on which a rather long bar is fixed at one end to the overhead iron stand. The bar turns laterally around the axis of the iron stand. it is so long and so high that every time when it moves overhead I would think it may hit my room in the forth floor. The light is so bright that even in the night; my room doesn't need a light. But every evening, when I sit down and get ready to write my bog, the blinding light right shining on my opposite side through the window is so bright that I have to cover some newspaper to prevent it from hurting my eyes.

On the left, on the other side of the road, stand the so-called highest-level hotel of this city -- XinDu Conifer, and some shops, hotels, KFC, KTV densely distributed along the crossing right before XinDdu Conifer. As night wear on, the neon lights dressing on them gradually go off. But the city is not going to sleep, energetic people active everywhere in this well- developed entertainment industry city.
