My boss take his annual leave

From today my boss take his annual leave,so I will be in charge Department operation at this time.This responsibility bears down on me,because my oral English is not good,sometimes I need communicate with the high management erery day,and they are foreign.
I also konw I need improve my English,and the pressure of language was too great for me,sometimes I hate myself,why I can't do it!
