These days,I aways said to myself,

What is my advantage?

And what is my disadvantage?

I did not know.

Mybe the rich work experience is my only advantage!

I also know i have so many disadvantage,

the English skill,

the management skill

and so on.

From today ,I want to change myself,

Because I know,

Success  always belongs to a person who has the preparation.
