For me,oral english is very importent

I learned English more than 9 years,but so far my English is very poor.I know if I want learn English well,I must keep study.
And I also teach myself English,Maybe I need find a foreign teacher or school for adult.For me, only improve my oral English I to be change my current work situation.
Who can tell me ,what shall I do?
