I was helping my grandmather with the peanut havest in the past few days and got tanned. Although i enjoy sweating and sharing the hard work with grandma, i was totally exhausted. Every day, the only thing i wanted to do is to find a comfortable place and lie down and not move. i did not chat with friends on QQ or watch movies. Tired and bored, i started to think how things would be if i were a farmer like my grandma or an office worker who do nothing but work hard and go home to have a rest. Would i be happy? With out even one thought, i knew the answer was"No!"

Asking myself this question, my thought drifted back to some movies that impressed me deeply, "Sabrina"  and "Shall We Dance".  Being rich and respected by sorrounding people, Linus Larrabee and John Clark both lived  successfully. They were the typical office worker i mentioned above. Linus said:"I do real work in a real world." John started to feel emotionless about everything aroud. They worked for the work and rest for the work. Happy started to linger away from them.  Sabrina said:" But that's work. Where do you live, Linus?" Linus remained silent. Maybe he did not know the answer, so did many of us. I asked myself the same question for thousands of times. But still, no answer.

I always heard people said we should work to live, not live to work. But how should we do this exactely. I had figuered out why i wanted to further my study and what kind people i wanted to be. And my life was much simplified. However i still felt that half of me was missing. I can not find anything that makes me happy and really belongs to me. I enjoyed some nice songs but they were created by others. I loved to read books but they were written by others. I wished i could make something because of me. I wished i could dance my own dance or sing my own songs or paint my own paintings, instead of sitting at the desk, stearing at the note-book and enjoying other people's fruits.

People were quite easy to be bored and lost in the real world. Maybe we turelly needed a place where we could express our feelings and make something that really belongs to us .
