1) Why you choose CCCIL? What's your expectation on the Company?

I choose CCCIL for several reasons. First of all, CCCIL is an international enterprise with long developed history as well as a good reputation in home and abroad. Second, CCCIL attach great importance on the training of graduates and provide a great stage for graduates to grow in this big family. Third, as English major, I am eager to be part of foreign company, in which I can take the advantage of my fluent oral English and good written English. In all, I want to be part of CCCIL to make contribution in the development of CCCIL in China. To provide a fair, equal and open competition opportunity to everyone.

2) Would you like to share with us the reason that why you choose that function as your starting point?

I choose management trainee because I am keen on management position. In addition, I have had several interns related with management. The first one I want mention is internship I have had in Wuhan New Oriental School, where one of my main responsibility is NOA team leader who develop our team through exchange ideas and training together apart from being responsible for planning, organizing and hold large-scale activities. Then the experience in CITIC Bank further develops my ability in communicating with different kinds of people.

3) If you are selected as our potential employee, how would you prepare yourself for the role change from a fresh graduate to a professional? What is your plan for coming 3-5 years?

If I am lucky enough to have been selected as your potential employee successfully, I will develop myself from the following aspects. On one hand, I think I should continue to learn the corporate culture and values of CCCIL, which is a very important aspect to a new employee from my point of view. On the other hand, I will take almost every opportunity to be familiar with the process of production and internal structures of CCCIL Company; meanwhile, in my rest time, I will spare no efforts to read books related with my job and put them into practice and learn some professional knowledge from the old employees there. Last but not the least, I am willing to make the best use of the internship training to learn as much as possible.

For the coming 3-5 years, I am determined to be a leader in my team or saying, responsible for lower management alone and strive for middle management position at the same time.
