oh,the crabs on the competition is really large,averagely about 1 kilo each.as people in sanmen county used to live by fishing,they are good at raising high quality sea products.which has brought the local fishmen big profits.
it is said that the only blue crab production region is in sanmen,zhejiang province,no wonder the people there are fancy rich.if the crab is so unique,it must be very expensive in the market.it must be delicious and tasty.if only i can have an authentic dish with the 1.2 kilo blue crab as ingredient. that will be a top dish in the world.
