sing your own song
There is a very interesting custom living in one tribe of Africa, When a woman is pregrant,she will ask some of her friend to go up to a small hill together to pray for the little baby,until they hear of the baby's song. Then they will sing it out together, and learn it by heart.After they go back to the tribe ,they teach others to sing that song.
They believe that every child has his own way to feel the world ,to sing for himself. And when this child grow up,receive education, get a job, marry someone,people in this tribe will sing his song for him.
And there is another custom, when someone makes something guilty, people won't punish him, they circle him,asking him to sing his song. They believe that if he can remember his song ,he still has love in his heart, so he can realise his fault, and he can correct, and they become a good guy again.
Frankly, I do not approvel of the idea they treat guilty, but the words I read below moved me a lot. Here are these words:
People who love you will never forget your kindness that stay in your heart whenever you made a terrible mistake;they will never forget your beauty whenever you feel yourself ugly; they will still remember the way you smile whenever you feel heart-broken; they will still remember your innocence whenever you make something ashamed; they will still remember your goal whenever you lose your heart.
Maybe you are not living in that tribe, maybe no one will sing for you when you standing at your turning point,but life will surely tell you whether you are in the tune: if things go smoothly, it means you are in the right tune,if not you are out of tune.
Each of us should know what our song it is ,and certainly should sing it well. Maybe you are not good at singing ,do not get depressed,you just need to know this: you will never lose your way if you keep singing and never give up!

- I think the tribe you describe, to some extent, is just like a fairy tale. They shoud be so innocent and trust others without any reservation.
