Let me talk about the management of minor enterprise.

As a corporation, especially the minor enterprise, management is very important. In China compare with western advanced country, the management mode is laggard. I am just say the mode is laggard, I do not mean the enterprise is laggard. The management method and management mode is formed by a long time. It is not one year or ten years. It is a course of culture formed. It is inflected by the society system and country economic environment. In China most of the minor enterprise is founded by boss own effort. Just like the proverb” a few men, a few guns”, so get more money is main aim in minor enterprise. How to manage company and how to set up the culture is no important. So in the most of minor company most of employees do not have sense of belonging.

 

Actually the original company’s aim is earn more money which is right; after all if it was not money nothing would be done. But following with the development of company the management is become more and more important. Except for you don’t want to be big company.  All of bosses want to make out self’s company more strong but just a few of boss like to do something on the management. Because the management is very bored, it can’t help company to earn more money in shot period. At same time company need dive into so much money. But if once the management was failure, all of the devotion would be empty. So for the minor company management is need for courage. Especially for the boss of little company.

Yes, I  have worked in minor enterprise for one year.once working in large company.Workers have no community belonging,waste and labor turnover seriously.

I think a company's management ability is significant which can decide whether a company will survive or not in the long run.

I think the difference between the large enterprises and the small ones, are the human resources, cultural background and experience of management. For the large ones, everything is set and written on the paper;  for the small ones, most of stuffs are decided by the  boss, and pass them to their staff via oral.

Everything write on the paper which is very simple thing, but I thought the implement just the most important thing. in small or medium company the boss is the biggest resistance of implement.

i don't know how to operate an company , but i think the minor company is easier to be managed than the large company ..   the large company with the large invisual waste ..

maybe, in samll and medium company boss is the busiest, but in the large one, they have systemic system. so everyone knows what they should does in work. SO the system
