As a corporation, especially the minor enterprise, management is very important. In China compare with western advanced country, the management mode is laggard. Actually the original company’s aim is earn more money which is right; after all if it was not money nothing would be done. But following with the development of company the management is become more and more important. Except for you don’t want to be big company. All of bosses want to make out self’s company more strong but just a few of boss like to do something on the management. Because the management is very bored, it can’t help company to earn more money in shot period. At same time company need dive into so much money. But if once the management was failure, all of the devotion would be empty. So for the minor company management is need for courage. Especially for the boss of little company.
